Title: SAP PRA with Oil & Gas UOM (Upstream) Consultant
Location: Remote
Long Term Contract/w2 only /c2c

Detailed Job Description:
A&D / discrete manufacturing experience (Note: A&D does not equal Public Sector so we do not care about candidates that have only PS experience.)
Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography
Specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience
Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) PMMO (GPD replacement)
Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation Aerospace & Defense manufacturer (preferred) although experience in automotive or industrial products (e.g. Caterpillar John Deere etc.) is also applicable
Understand project based manufacturing in a Project Systems (PS) related Sales Order entry process
Understanding of Work Centers and BOMs working with Pl2Pr team
Experience with the aspects of PP and PEO integration to legacy MES or Dassault Apriso systems
Experience and or knowledge of Dassian or Cognitus solutions
Understanding of Aatp and integration through to O2C processes
Understanding of government contracting and billing
Knowledge of QM in manufacturing and production work inprocess (Quality witness and electronic stamping)
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target endstate and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio
Maintain a forward looking vision for how customer drives the most value from their existing investment in SAP software
Identify relevant blind spots and provide targeted PoV/recommendations to mitigate this includes addressing impact of items on SAPs simplification list
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives
Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
Facilitate Explore workshops (solution architecting requirements gathering) with business managers client staff and endusers to determine business and functional requirements
Review and/or perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements
Conduct knowledge transfer and training of endusers including sharing best practices
Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Other Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience
At least five (5) years of handson systems configuration experience within a leading ERP module (SAP)
Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA
Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
Willingness to travel as needed to client locations
