Portfolio Insights Enablement Specialist

The Portfolio Insights Enablement Specialist will perform the functions outlined below:

Collect standardize and validate quarterly financial statements for startups on the Carta platform.

Determine and extract key line heads from Profit & Loss Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements ensure it is complete and accurate and onboard them on to the Carta App.

Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Build Cap Tables on the Carta platform by extracting key information from Articles of Incorporation to update their Liquidation rights and preferences of Preferred Shareholders in a capital structure. Additionally understand the events in the Cap Table to understand the Common stock structure employee stock options.

Meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with funds by ensuring quick turnaround processing time.

Requirements

Below are the minimum qualifications for the positions to be hired

Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance; pursuing CFA or CPA preferred.

You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills Adobe software and Google Docs/Spreadsheets (Vlookups formulae etc)

You have a foundational understanding of all financial statements the elements they contain and how money flows through them.

You are highly organized with strong attention to detail

You are a good listener

You are willing to work on Ad Hoc projects

You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Professional work experience at a Financial Institution or an Accounting firm is a plus
