Job Description
Req ID : 2560103
- Deliver comprehensive school social work services to students encountering academic challenges or grappling with social emotional or behavioral issues.
- Provide essential direct and indirect support as a related service within the domain of special education.
- Act as a liaison between students homes the school and community providers ensuring seamless access to essential services and fostering efficient collaboration.
- Swiftly respond with crisis intervention services to address emergent situations and extend immediate support.
- Undertake other similar duties that contribute to the overall success of our school community.
Requirements
- Must have an Illinois LSW or LCSW
- Masters degree in Social Work required
- Must hold a PEL Certification with a Social Worker or School Support personnel endorsement
