Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain SAP EWM system
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Oversee system testing troubleshooting and maintenance
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements
• Provide enduser training and support
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Optimize warehouse processes and system performance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate EWM with other SAP modules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze data and generate reports for management insight
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues
• Provide technical expertise and support
• Contribute to system enhancements and customization
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technology trends

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proven experience in SAP EWM implementation and support
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and related modules
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with system testing and quality assurance
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification in SAP EWM is a plus
• Experience in system integration and customization
• Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies
