- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends and periodic audits and prepare reports
- Perform various activated related to Performance Management processes () including (Goals Setting – Mid Year Reviews – Year End Reviews & Calibration Sessions – and Performance Improvement Plans “PIP”) and manage reporting and following up. And continuously work towards enhancing related process, policies, and procedures.
