Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and security of people and property Are you a proactive and vigilant individual with excellent observation skills If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Security Officer.
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft vandalism and unauthorized access.
- Maintain a high level of visibility to deter potential security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms emergencies and incidents and take appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and report any security risks or issues.
- Control access to restricted areas and verify the identity of individuals.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems alarms and access control systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent observation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in highpressure situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to walk and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in securityrelated fields is a plus.
- Must be willing to work shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Must be SIA license holder.
