About the Position

Our performancedriven partnerships approach has allowed us to scale HOLY to 8digit revenue in Germany. As one of the first members of the UK Partnerships Team youll be able to drive significant growth for our freshly launched UK shop.

You will be responsible for establishing strong longterm partnerships across different platforms such as Twitch YouTube and Instagram. To accomplish this you must be resourceful think outside the box and be willing to put in the hard work.

As a member of our team you will build your talent pool and support them throughout the partnership process from initial outreach to contract negotiations and regular campaigns and events. You will also assist us in enhancing our creator marketing whether it involves developing new content formats or expanding our reach.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building and managing your own network of influencers to achieve the channels. KPI efficiently. Including selection and outreach of creators contract negotiation and relationship management.
• You will develop a bestinclass partnership programme to set HOLY apart from competitors and other sponsors.
• You will work closely with creators and our internal creative team to execute ideas and campaigns that boost sales and generate buzz for our brand.

About You

• You have strong communication and negotiation skills: You enjoy communicating and can persuade ot ers through both written and verbal communication.
• You have experience building business relationships: You care about your partners and put them and their communities first and strive to set HOLY apart from competing sponsors through relations.
• You are persistent and adaptable and can think outside of the box: You maintain a positive attitude in highpressure situations and can face any challenge.
• You are organised and can juggle multiple tasks: You can keep track of things work in a structured manner and collaborate efficiently with the rest of the team.
• You are passionate about social media and ideally possess knowledge of streaming platforms: You stay uptodate with the latest trends and have a keen sense of creators and their communities.
• Ideally you are a native English speaker and willing to relocate to Berlin.
• You have at least 1.5 years of relevant work experience.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
2. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview you will receive a case study. You have two days to complete this case study.
3. Advanced discussion: In the second meeting Teresa (UK Market Lead) and Chiara (UK Influencer Marketing Manager) will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60minute session.
4. Interview with founder: As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
5. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!Typically this process should take around 2 weeks.
