We are FashionTV a leading media and lifestyle broadcasting company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our growth strategy we are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to join us as Retentions/Remarketing Specialists.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective retention and remarketing strategies to reengage old leads and existing/lost customers.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Sales and Customer Service to optimize the customer journey and drive retention efforts.
Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of retention and remarketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and remarketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Proven experience in customer retention remarketing or a similar role preferably in B2B.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
