Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and managing incoming calls from customers
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolving customer queries and issues effectively
• Identifying and escalating priority issues
• Documenting all customer interactions
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
• Upselling products or services when appropriate
• Adapting to changes in customer inquiries and needs
• Following up with customers as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases
• Good knowledge of products or services offered
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
