As our Senior WordPress Developer youll be the driving force behind the development and maintenance of our WordPress websites ensuring theyre not just functional but phenomenal. From brainstorming with designers to rolling out cuttingedge features youll be at the forefront of web innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress websites ensuring high performance security and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers content creators and other developers to implement and enhance website features and functionalities.
- Have good concepts of UI/UX experience.
- Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Oversee the entire web development process from design to deployment and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
- Expertise in custom theme and plugin development for WordPress.
- Experience with customizing and optimizing thirdparty themes and plugins.
- Solid understanding of web performance security and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
