Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Finance Administrator Executive. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, and finance-related tasks. They will also need to possess excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.

Title: Finance Administrator Executive

Employement Type : Permanent

CTC : Fixed INR 3 LPA - 3.6 LPA

Work Timings : 12:00 - 20:30 (Monday to Friday) and 10:00-14:30 ( Alternate Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable:

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices. Prepare and process payments to vendors. Maintain organized records of payables and expenses.

  • Accounts Receivable: Generate and send out customer invoices promptly.Monitor accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare and maintain accurate records of receivables.

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send invoices, track payments, and address billing inquiries.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget creation, monitor expenditures, and provide regular budget status updates.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about financial regulations, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members, external vendors, and stakeholders to address financial queries and provide necessary information.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Financial Software Utilization: Proficiently use financial software tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Freshers or Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
