- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Drive talent development initiatives, including performance management, training, and career development.
- Implement and support organizational change initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues related to HR.
