Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant.
  • Provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues related to HR.
