???? Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to help commercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-road legal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyers covering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driven interventions.


Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Manager (Regional) to execute a strategic plan of growth across India.

The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales enablement within their assigned Zones and managing channels to achieve targeted sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Enterprise Deal Closure:
    • Identify, profile, build, and close large enterprise deals within the logistics industry.
    • Drive strategic partnerships to enhance Lawyered's market presence.
  2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Organize and monitor efforts to acquire new customers in respective zones.
    • Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.
  3. Sales Targets Achievement:
    • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
    • Implement sales plans and initiatives to achieve set targets.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Responsible for day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
    • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  5. Conflict Resolution:
    • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration and coordination between different sales channels.
  6. Partner Planning Process:
    • Participate in a partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Qualifications

1) Essential:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B & Channel Sales.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in driving channel sales, preferably within the same product category and channel.
  • Experience in the Logistics industry is a must.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • People management experience.

2) Desirable:

  • Market knowledge in Finance, Insurance, Logistics, SCM, Banking(not core), Automation
  • Proficiency in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
