Job Summary: As a Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth and
efficient operation of our warehouse. You will oversee tasks related to receiving, dispatch, and
returns, while also maintaining a high standard of compliance with company policies and
procedures. You'll be the key person to monitor our warehouse's performance and collaborate with
internal and external partners to make improvements when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving, Dispatch, and Returns:
Supervise the receiving process to ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming goods.
Manage the dispatch process to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
Handle returns efficiently and ensure they are processed according to company guidelines.
2. Partner Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory needs and stock levels.
Maintain good communication with other Warehouses, such as Gurgaon Warehouse Team ,
to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
3. Performance Monitoring:
Keep an eye on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
Identify areas that require improvement and take necessary actions to meet or exceed KPI
targets.
4. Policy and Procedure Compliance:
Ensure that all warehouse staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in warehouse operations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to monitor and analyse data effectively.
