• Perform maintenance and ongoing improvements to existing applications built on React and FileMaker ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Develop and build new customizations for applications to meet evolving internal stakeholder requirements enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with project management and crossfunctional teams to align development objectives with business goals and compliance needs.
• Stay actively engaged in the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to implementation and testing.
• Provide insightful input into the design and architecture of application solutions prioritizing efficiency and maintainability.
• Act as a key contributor to the team supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development process.

• Proven expertise in React development with a solid understanding of its core principles and lifecycle.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining FileMaker databases.
• Familiarity with project management principles and experience in leading or collaborating closely on software development projects.
• Capacity to work efficiently within the Central European Time (CET) zone ensuring full 8hour overlap with the team and stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English.
