Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in Gathering and Documenting Business Requirements:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather comprehensive business requirements.
  • Document business requirements in a clear and concise manner.
2.Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to business objectives.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Support decisionmaking processes by providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
3.Project Meetings and Planning:
  • Participate in project meetings to understand project goals timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to project planning activities including defining project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
4.CrossFunctional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with team members from different departments to facilitate project execution

5.Risk Identification and Mitigation:
  • Assist in identifying risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Propose solutions or mitigation strategies to address identified risks and issues.
  • Support in implementing risk mitigation plans as necessary.
6.Process Improvement Initiatives:
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their impact.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
