Job Title: Assistant Vice President / Vice President Human Resources
Location: Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra
Company: Confidential Listed and Reputed Company in the Metal Ferrous Sector
Experience Required: 10 12 Years relevant experience (Min 5 years in leadership role handling strategic HR role)
Education: Must have a fulltime Masters Degree in HR from Top ranking institutes.
Age Criteria: Candidates age should be preferably up to 35 years but shouldnt be above 37 years.

*Note: This position requires relocation to Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra. Only candidates willing to relocate should apply.

We ExuberantHR Consulting currently hiring a leadership position for a leading player in the metal ferrous sector specializing in the manufacturing of sponge iron. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Vice President / Vice President of Human Resources to join our team at our plant location in Ghughus Chandrapur. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of HR transformation specifically in the enhancement of cultural values Performance Management and the development and implementation of new policies and procedures aimed at organizational enhancement. This role requires relocation to the mentioned remote location.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement policies for creating new positions and revising the organization structure including defining team sizes and job descriptions.
2. Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
3. Finalize and regularly revise the organization chart ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
4. Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) for all positions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Conduct training needs assessments design training programs and manage scheduling and organization of training sessions.
6. Formulate retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
7. Establish policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for employee conduct routine and nonroutine activities.
8. Develop communication channels for the revision of perks benefits schemes and other employeerelated initiatives.
9. Draft comprehensive job descriptions for each position outlining roles responsibilities and expectations.
10. Develop and execute a robust succession plan to identify and nurture talent within the organization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
3. Proven track record of driving HR transformation and implementing innovative policies and procedures.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment training performance management and employee relations.
5. Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
7. Willingness to relocate to Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra and work in a remote location.
