Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide information about products services and promotions
• Process orders returns and exchanges
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Update customer records and account information
• Handle customer escalations with tact and diplomacy
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Stay current with product knowledge and support processes

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate computer systems and software with ease
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Empathetic and patient demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
