Location: Seattle WA and Bellevue WA

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Role Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team primarily responsible for providing Level 1 support to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent soft skills and the ability to effectively manage endusers. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:
