Lead Product Manager

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
• Proficiency in constructing data and analytics systems to guide product strategies and decisions.
• Familiarity with developing comprehensive fulltext search solutions like Elastic Search semantic search and retrieval augmented generation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across functions within a large organization.
• Track record of working closely with senior leadership.
• Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in leveraging AI for information retrieval.
• Experience in managing internalfacing and enterprisewide products.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Experience in constructing business intelligence solutions and/or data lakes.
• Masters Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced credentials.
