About Company:
Company is a leading producer of natural ingredients serving the Dietary Supplement and food and beverage sector. As the Sales Manager for the North America region you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities across these sectors. Your role will involve acquiring new clients fortifying relationships with existing ones and contributing to the growth targets of both the regional office and the overall group.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual work plans to expand the client base and related business for botanical ingredients within Dietary Supplement and food and beverage space.
Achieve ambitious annual sales targets through strategic work plans.
Identify lead opportunities and potential crosssales to drive volume growth.
Professionally represent the brand to secure sustainable sales.
Utilize marketing tools organize representation at key events and trade shows.
Establish trusted performancedriven relationships with clients fostering their success and generating profitable growth.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the dietary supplements and food and beverage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel as needed.

A minimum of 5 years experience in selling ingredients to the food and beverage, supplements, nutraceuticals, or cosmetics sectors. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Innate drive to close new deals and cultivate long-term relationships. Structured approach to market analysis, account management, and financial success (sales, profit, cash flow). Proficient technical, product, and industry knowledge within the ingredients sector, facilitating collaboration with technical and commercial partners. Professional proficiency in English and German, with French language skills highly valued. Inherent drive to secure new deals and foster long-term relationships. Willingness to allocate a minimum of 50% of your time to visit and meet clients within Northern Europe, encompassing Germany, France, The Netherlands, and the UK. This role is home-based, providing flexibility to reside in Germany, the UK, France, The Netherlands, or other Northern European locations.
