Job Summary:

The Senior Executive/Associate Media Activation is accountable for supporting the management of all aspects of the media activation process and workflow including the integrated workings of crosschannel platforms for a select group of accounts. In collaboration with the Manager Media Activation this role also supports the translation of strategies into media plans and as well as the daytoday activation of plans across all channels for select group of accounts.

The goal of the Senior Executive/Associate Media Activation is to gain more experience with more complex omnichannel media planning and execution across one or more accounts and learn about media platforms such as programmatic social and search by working closely together crosschannel activation teams.


Responsibilities:

Internal
  • Manage crosschannel planning and activation process and workflow for active campaigns across select group of accounts
  • Act as integration support collaborating with media strategy omnichannel social search and content syndication teams throughout the full life cycle of active campaigns
  • Manage and maintain active media plans within media planning platform ensuring integrity of plans at all times for select group of accounts
  • Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely correctly accurately and efficiently for clients
  • Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed
  • Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreements
  • Work in close collaboration with Media Strategy team and Media Activation leads translating plan to inputs for activation; consult on optimizations throughout campaign lifecycle to meet and/or exceed performance goals
  • Remain fully embedded in all aspects of the campaign including the planning process through campaign execution and measurement
  • Manage and support regular budget pacing at overall plan level and monthly actualization process for select group of accounts
  • Contribute to timely and updated status reports across active accounts
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Own and foster growth in the relationships with agency partners where applicable

Requirements


  • 3 years experience in a digital marketing environment agency and/or client experience
  • 1 years experience with media planning/execution platforms
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 10PM to 7AM
