Position: Housekeeping/Front Office Staff
Location: Kisumu Kenya

Job Summary:
As Housekeeping/Front Office Staff with our client you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness comfort and satisfaction of guests throughout their stay. From maintaining pristine guest rooms to providing attentive service at the front desk youll contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms bathrooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  2. Change linens make beds and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  3. Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly and courteously.
  4. Assist with laundry operations including washing drying folding and ironing linens and uniforms.
  5. Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently at the front desk processing payments and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  6. Answer phones take reservations and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  7. Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively escalating issues to management as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions reservations and transactions using hotel management software.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and preparing reports as assigned.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Minimum of three years of experience in housekeeping or front office roles preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
