Registered Nurse

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Specify state.
  
  

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather vital information about the patients medical condition.
  
• Monitor and record vital signs symptoms and changes in the patients health status.
  
• Evaluate the patients response to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
  

• Develop individualized care plans based on the patients needs physician orders and established protocols.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  
• Perform various nursing procedures and interventions such as wound care IV therapy and catheterization.
  

• Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions treatment plans and selfcare.
  
• Provide guidance on medication management and lifestyle modifications.
  
• Promote health and preventive measures to improve patient outcomes.
  

• Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records including electronic health records (EHR).
  
• Communicate effectively with patients families and the healthcare team.
  

• Adhere to infection control practices to prevent the spread of diseases.
  
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and healthcare staff.
  
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as required.
  

• Stay current with nursing trends best practices and medical advancements.
  
• Participate in continuing education and training programs.
  
• Maintain licensure and certifications required by the state.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  
• Current and valid RN license in the state of Specify state.
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS may be required for certain positions).
  
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.
  
• Excellent IV placement skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
  

• Specialized certifications relevant to the nursing specialty (Functional medicine health optimization).
  
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
