Location: Fieldbased and x1 day per week @ Design Centre Chelsea Harbour

Package: Competitive salary based on experience car allowance and bonus structure

Start date: Immediate

Chase Erwin are looking for a highly organised selfstarter to join our team as a trade sales professional.

Due to the luxury nature of our brand the ideal candidate will have experience in textiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for x4 days of client visits in London and x1 day per week admin based from the showroom presenting the collection to designers building a strong sales pipeline exceptional customer follow up focused on achieving targets and motivated on growing sales in the London market with interior designers architects stylists and decorators.

The ideal candidate will be friendly well connected in the industry have strong initiative and an approachable attitude whilst showcasing exceptional communication skills and having the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will also provide feedback to management on what designers are asking for and provide an impeccable and friendly experience expected by our clients.

There will be monthly sales meetings to review appointments and KPIs you will work to monthly sales targets with the sales team working closely with the showroom salesperson to achieve budgets and share information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for the brand at all times
  • Provide a luxury experience for all clients with your expertise and textiles knowledge
  • Manage incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service and follow up
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales
  • Reactivate dormant accounts to encourage sales growth
  • Actively contribute to overall company target by taking initiative to reach and exceed individual targets building a solid sales pipeline of project information and specifications
  • Attend networking events to improve our brand awareness and connect with designers
  • X4 days on the road and x1 admin day for booking appointments
  • Support and host sales activities such as client meetings company and industry events

Skills:

  • Ability to be both a team player and efficiently work independently with self motivation
  • Deliver a sales focussed and proactive approach with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Adaptability in a fastpaced environment with the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and recognise what needs attention
  • Strong communication skills with management clients and colleagues
  • Highlevel competency on all digital and social media platforms
  • Highlevel competency with Microsoft word Excel Google mail CRM Passion for customer service and forming strong client relationships
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial
  • An understanding and interest in the Interior Design industry

We are a small team the work environment is fastpaced and flexible the ideal candidate must be detailorientated passionate about textiles and interiors and have a great attitude.

With career progression opportunities and inhouse training on client outreach and relationship development this role is ideal for someone who has a passion for sales within the interior design sector is motivated by commission and is looking to expand their knowledge of sales and client relations.
