Your Role:
As a Behavior Analyst you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and verbal behavior assessments.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of individualized language play and skillbased curricula.
- Collaborating with clinical teams to provide cohesive and effective interventions.
- Supervising and mentoring BCBA candidates enhancing the quality and reach of our services.

- Hybrid Position inStockton and the surrounding areas
- Schedule: FullTime Monday throughFriday
- Applicants must live in the state of California

What Were Looking For:
- Masters/Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field with BCBA certification.
- TrainingandcertificationundertheBehaviorAnalysisCertificationProgram(BACB) forAppliedBehaviorAnalysisasaBoardCertifiedBehaviorAnalyst.
- Deep understanding of ABA principles ethical standards and the developmental challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- Proven experience in 1:1 educational settings and the ability to manage datadriven programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor future BCBAs and work collaboratively with families and teams.
- Experienceprovidingservicestoindividualswithdevelopmentaldisabilities.Thisincludesprovidingdirect servicestoindividualswithcomplexbehaviorproblems.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid clean California drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation (due to HIPAA regulations public transportation and ride shares do NOT qualify as a reliable form of transportation
- Masters degree and BCBA certification
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service
- Experience with children
- Organized and efficient detail oriented and able to multitask
- Positive and professional team player
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills able to connect easily with others
- Ability to supervise upcoming BCBA candidates
- Requires the ability totravelto various locationsto meet with families providers etc.
