Position: Relationship Manager Direct Sales Channel (Banking Sector Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Build and nurture client relationships through direct sales channels within the Karnataka banking sector.
- Customize solutions to meet client financial needs ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and efficient service delivery.
- Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Requirements:
To excel in this role you need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.
