Customer Support with Norwegian for Xbox - Athens

• Salary: 1300 gross monthly performance bonus
  

About the project: You will be providing services forXbox a video gaming brand that consists of five home video game consoles as well as applications (games) streaming service Xbox Cloud Gaming and online services such as the Xbox network and Xbox Game Pass. The brand is produced by Microsoft Gaming a division of Microsoft.

Your Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot game issues on Windows 10 and Xbox One/ Series S/X 2. Agent will be expected to guide customer in solving issue
  
• Connect to customer s PC and take over the troubleshooting part
  
• Ask effective questions and identify the root cause if with Xbox profile the agent is expected to solve the issue
  
• Educate the customer about all Xbox subscription and troubleshoot them if the customer is facing issues with billing or invoices.
  

Requisitos

• Fluent level of Norwegian (at least C1)
  
• Good level of English (at least B2)
  
• Gaming experience
  
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
  
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
  
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there with our excellent relocation package!
