Plant Manager

• Manage mentor and develop a diverse team of executives line leader quality assurance team technicians and support staff fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
  
• Streamline manufacturing processes identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for increased efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  
• Manage resources effectively including equipment materials and manpower to meet production schedules and customer demands.
  
• Assigning tasks with maintenance team to ensure the timely rectification of any equipment downtime based on priority impact on production and criticality to expedite repairs and minimize disruptions.
  
• Manage plant budgets expenditures and resource allocation to achieve operational goals within financial constraints.
  
• Participate in new product development discussion and trial runs of new products collaborating with R&D teams and production to ensure equipment feasibility and implementation.
  
• Participate in meetings with department heads and cross functional teams to address operational challenges and resolve issues.
  
• Engage in discussions related to customer and internal complaints working with QA and production teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Monitor and ensure production activities meet the quality standards on time completion of jobs and delivery deadline.
  
• Identify opportunities and drive for cost reduction and process improvement.
  
• Briefings and meetings with various departments to discuss and trouble shoots daily workrelated issues and challenges pertaining to production and operation.
  
• Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to eliminate unexpected incidents and hazards.
  
• Prepare and update monthly production reports and present to the management team.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance productivity reduce costs and improve quality.
  
• Design and implementation of a new plant and production layout as well as the integration of new production lines.
  
• Monitor the renovation of the plant manage timelines budgets and resources and ensuring seamless updates to the facility
  
• Source materials and work closely with vendors to monitor and supervise the factory renovation process resolve issues that may arise and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations during renovation activities.
  
• Perform any other duties that assigned by management from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or food manufacturing related preferred.
  
• Skills and experience with at least 10 years in managing food processing plant. Strong leadership skills and communication skills. Possess analytical skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  
• Meticulous well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner & prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
