Clinical Psychologist Orange County Telehealth available

• Assess diagnose and treat residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will have the opportunity to provide mental health services to a diverse and medically complex population including geriatric patients patients with disabilities and those with complex psychiatric histories.
  
• Maintain an active caseload and work with the team to maintain a referral stream.
  
• Develop relationships with facility staff and provide consultation e.g. curbside consult inservices as needed etc.
  
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  
• Documentbased on medical necessity and in accordance with Medicare standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. PsyD) in Clinical Psychology (required)
  
• Current and valid California state license as a Psychologist (required)
  
• Medicare Provider eligibility (required our inhouse billing team assists with this)
  
• Ability to be placed on 3rd party insurer panels (required we assist with this process)
  
• Strong clinical background in evidencebased practices
  
• Telehealth experience and/or willingness to learn and utilize modality
