As the Account Manager for the LATAM region for our client your primary responsibilities will encompass: Customer Relationship Management. Collaborate with existing and prospective clients to nurture and expand revenue within the LATAM market. Strive to comprehend the distinctive business challenges of prospects and devise innovative solutions.


Here s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Mon Fri 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home


What do you need to succeed

  • English Level: C1
  • Proficiency in Portuguese Spanish and English.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for helping people.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Documented track record of overachievement.
  • Experience closing 6figure deals.
  • History of working with partners (VARs integrators ISVs).
  • Successful negotiation of cloud/SaaS subscription deals.
  • Ability to construct ROI arguments focused on customer success.
  • Passion for problemsolving and utilizing emerging technologies to meet client requirements.

Plus:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Sales experience with CI/CD or Backup solutions.
  • Good working understanding of DevOps.

  • Understand prospects unique business challenges and formulate transformational solutions.
  • Demonstrate how Flosum addresses identified problems through the delivery of Discovery Workshops Demos and ROIdriven documentation.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the enterprise market and qualify them with the assistance of seasoned BDR resources.
  • Collaborate with partners including VARs integrators and ISVs to enhance business relationships.
  • Negotiate cloud/SaaS subscription deals with sourcing and procurement departments.
  • Construct ROI arguments focused on customer success rather than solely closing a deal.
  • Possess a good working understanding of DevOps and leverage knowledge of CI/CD or Backup solutions to enhance sales efforts.

Additional Information:

  • Work with both current and new customers to maintain and grow revenue in our LATAM market.
  • Seek to understand prospects unique business challenges and patiently construct a transformational solution.
  • Demonstrate how Flosum solves identified problems by delivering Discovery Workshops Demos and ROIdriven documentation.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the enterprise market and qualify them with the help of seasoned BDR resources.
  • Coordinate internal resources to respond to RFIs and RFPs that meet qualification guidelines.
  • Manage weekly reporting and analysis of the sales pipeline ensuring opportunities are kept up to date in our SFDC CRM system.
