At AutomatIT we specialize in cloud migration and intricate DevOps projects boasting over 200 AWS certifications within our global engineering team across three subsidiaries. Serving a diverse range of techsavvy customers our capabilities extend from security implementations and onprem migration to AWS Cloud to the provision of 24/7 NOC services.

In this position you will provide technical postsales guidance to AutomatIT s customers while maintaining longterm relationships identifying pain points and addressing them while collaborating with Sales Solution Architects DevOps and FinOps teams. In this role you will work closely with the Customer Success Managers assigned to your joint customers to identify new business opportunities.



Responsibilities:
  • Offer postsales technical support to customers on complicated technical issues
  • Be in charge of a portfolio of local and EUbased customers
  • Assess and address client queries and needs in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities
  • Train customers on proper cloud environment usage
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide product performance reports to developers and stakeholders
  • Assist with DevOps and Cloud delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction across all teams
  • Monitor account metrics including CSAT and financials

Requirements :

  • 5 years of working experience as a Technical Account Manager DevOps or Cloud Engineer
  • Handson experience with an AWS environment
  • Relevant AWS certification(s)
  • Experience in customerfacing preferably with startups or SMB
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Clevel executives on relevant technical items
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication interpersonal critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Working experience Salesforce or equivalent CRM software advantage
