Job Location: Dearborn MI (Day 1 Onsite)

• Minimum of 6 years of handson experience in NextJS/React stack.
• Understanding of Next.js micro frontends serverside rendering (SSR) clientside rendering (CSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge in unit and integration testing using tools such as Jest and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge in popular React workflows such as Flux or Redux for state management.
• Good knowledge of data structures and some experience with Immutable.js and isomorphic React.
• Experience in performance optimization Core Web Vitals and SEO principles as they relate to UI performance and user experience.
• Experience with modern web development tools like ES6/Babel React Node.js NPM and Webpack.
• Strong Understanding of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience in working within a monorepo environment to ensure efficient code sharing and management across multiple UI projects.
• Strong knowledge in programming languages and some understanding of multithreading concurrency and scalability concepts in a microservicesdriven architecture.
• Experience in collaboration with other technical domain experts such as cloud security SRE and DevOps.
• Awareness of headless architecture and some experience working with headless or classic CMS platforms.
• Strong experience in eCommerce or customerfacing platform development is a plus.
• Good understanding of security aspects of frontend components ensuring the design of a secure system (oAuth 2.0 JWT)
• Strong aesthetic sense including layout grid systems color theory and typography with a focus on creating visually appealing and userfriendly UI designs.
