We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer & Event Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and managing events to increase brand awareness engage with our target audience and drive business results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers content creators and industry leaders to expand brand reach and engagement.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with company goals including content creation product collaborations and sponsored partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers ensuring clear expectations and deliverables are outlined.
Manage influencer relationships including communication feedback and performance tracking.
Plan coordinate and execute events such as product launches promotional activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to integrate influencer and event marketing strategies into overall marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and events providing regular reporting and insights to optimize future initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging platforms and best practices in influencer marketing and event management.
Qualifications:
23 years of experience in influencer marketing event management or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and managing events from conception to completion.
Strong network of influencers and industry contacts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
