ServiceNow Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle of ServiceNow application and integration projects
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including creating forms tables workflows and reports
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with thirdparty systems utilizing web services REST and SOAP
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Implement and maintain CMDB and ITSM processes within ServiceNow platform
• Design develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions configurations and customizations
• Assist in the testing and deployment of ServiceNow updates patches and new releases
• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform and related applications
• Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Assist in training and mentoring junior developers and administrators
• Stay updated with emerging ServiceNow features and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• 4 8 years of handson experience in ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API
• Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices
• Experience in implementing and maintaining CMDB and ITSM processes within ServiceNow platform
• Working knowledge of web services including REST and SOAP
• Ability to design and develop custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in database concepts and familiarity with MySQL SQL Server or Oracle
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and understanding of Agile principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality solutions
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting experience is a plus
