Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the product life cycle from ideation to delivery ensuring that the product meets the needs of both customers and the business.
- Facilitate Scrum planning sessions working closely with development teams to define and prioritise user stories ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct indepth market research identify trends and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer demands.
- Clearly define and prioritise product features considering technical feasibility and business impact.
- Champion usercentric design principles working closely with design and development teams to ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product performance to inform decisionmaking and improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Deepmatrix products remain competitive and cuttingedge.
- Effectively communicate product updates milestones and strategy to internal teams stakeholders and customers.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in product management in a SaaS product company.
- Ability to understand and engage with technical teams translating customer needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including development design and marketing.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
