UIUX Designer

• Conduct user research and gather user requirements to create user personas user stories and user
• journey maps.
• Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups that effectively communicate design
• concepts and user flows.
• Create responsive and adaptive designs that work across different devices and platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI pattern libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and according to
• specifications.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve designs and user experience.
• Keep uptodate with emerging trends in UI/UX design design tools and technologies.

• Bachelors degree in graphic design interaction design or related field (or equivalent work
• experience in a related field).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or other similar software.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of features from conception to final design assets
• Knowledge of user interface design principles user experience design principles and design thinking
• methodologies.
• Experience on both mobile and desktop platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in UI/UX design.
