SAMSUNG FIELD TRAINER MX - SEALAND

We at WorkShop are now looking for a highly driven inspiring and coaching person who is a natural seller and relationship builder to work as Field Trainer within the product category MX (Smart phones computers tablets and wearables) in Sealand and other parts of Denmark for our client Samsung.

As a Field Trainer your main tasks are to build relationships with retailers in your district and ensure they have the right tools and knowledge to sell Samsung products. You should always ensure that the products are presented according to guidelines and constantly look for ways to improve the lineup (portfolio) presentation. You accomplish this by planned meetings promotion activities and with handson mentality always in close dialogue with the retailers. Your workplace will vary from day to day and your working time will mainly be MondayFriday but weekend work may be necessary from time to time. You work towards highly set goals and in accordance with established reporting routines.

We are looking for a Field Trainer that is highly driven by training and educating people have leadership skills and passion for product education. As a person you are also passionate about new technology and building relations and you have experience from retail and sales. You like to travel and you are an easygoing and appreciated colleague with excellent time management skills. No day is the same and you are a selfstarter who can plan and motivate yourself to deliver every day. You will be part of a professional team with a lot of experience!

We believe that the applicant for this position meets the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience from sales/retail
• Highly driven and inspiring
• Great passion for retail and Samsung
• Previous experience in holding training sessions
• Natural seller who is passionate about building relations
• Great ability and drive to transfer knowledge to retailer representatives
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Experience of representing a big international brand
• Great capacity to work with administration and reporting
• Drivers license B
