Social Media Account Executive - NNC

• Bestinclass delivery for identified clients
• Attend client meetings contribute to client strategies
• Campaigns & Projects Strategy
• Contribute to creative ideation and be part of overlaying social media strategy to ensure successful social concepts under the supervision of the management.
• Collaborate with other teams such as PR creative design and production to ensure consistency and alignment with the strategy.
• Report on social campaigns and events by creating monthly reports 6 months reports and yearly reports.
• Project Management
• Handle Social Media accounts and post on the social media accounts.
• Work collaboratively across the agency build relationships with internal team and clients in order to deliver high quality work.
• Arrange for the brainstorming sessions for the accounts with other teams and be responsible about the full detailed briefs.
• Attend events and be responsible about specific tasks during the event in order to support the project manager and other team members.
• Works closely with community managers account managers to ensure clients needs and accounts strategy are met. Also might work as community manager for the accounts.
• Work closely with the SM Account Managers and Directors to help in the posting tasks etc.
• Research for New ideas for calendars and social media accounts.
• Help in the Background Check of authors/guests and influencers.
• Participate in the shooting of different projects.
• Taking Notes in the meetings for the calendars and projects.
• Filtering the stories and resharing the proper ones.
• Participate in sharing trends about SM and creative work.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Mass communication studies journalism creative writing or similar.
• Experience as a social media executive in PR agency or any other related role
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites including their algorithms.
• Indepth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
• Superior creative skills (written visual and conceptual)
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent client service and presentation skills
