Dark Light is specialized in staffing IT & data projects. For one of our clients we are looking for an Expat IT manager to build an IT hub in Sri Lanka

Tasks

In this key role you will lead a dedicated team of eight driving the documentation of IT services and spearheading the development of our CRM and production systems within Sri Lanka. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team towards achieving peak efficiency and productivity always with a deep respect for cultural values and individual contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the alignment of IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of IT services and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM and production software.
  • Manage and optimize the organizations technological infrastructure to guarantee superior performance.
  • Mentor and develop your team fostering a supportive environment that enables them to excel and support the broader group in the future.
  • Provide regular reports on IT operations and projects to the General Manager of Sri Lanka and the Chief Information Officer.

Requirements

  • A Masters degree in Business Management Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable expertise in IT with a broad understanding of systems infrastructure networks and databases.
  • Exceptional skills in communication collaboration and delegation.
  • A problemsolving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a handson approach to challenges.
  • The flexibility to integrate with and respect local cultures and practices.
  • You speak fluent English & Dutch
