Responsibilities as an SDR:
- Research, identification and prospecting of new customers, specifically key decision makers within them
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Opportunity qualification of targeted outbound prospects
- Development of lead identification skills, follow up of communication campaigns and value propositions for clients
- Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
