Job Summary:

OpenLoop is currently seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Provider Practice Authority Assistant to join our team at our International workforce. In this role you will be an integral part of the Operations team focusing on backend Healthcare administration activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative work as necessary.
  • Prefilling PDF collab agreement templates with provider demographic information.
  • Managing file storage and retention of documents.
  • Followup and reminders to providers to ensure signatures and/or board reporting tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Auditing file system for accuracy and completeness. Future path to train in to be able to complete board reporting/filing on behalf of providers.


Requirements


  • Healthcare background preferred
  • Medical Licensure or Credentialing experience a bonus
  • 1 year of Administrative experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • Technology proficient
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work following US CST hours
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our BGC office 4x a week
