Providing general administrative support across departments handling all communication including fielding phone calls from mobile devices answering calls and determining whether or not they require escalation will be part of your responsibilities.

Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas

What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelors or college degree preferably in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Support or in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be motivated and a selfstarter with a positive attitude resourcefulness and dependability.
  • Disciplined followup on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information.
What awaits you in this role
  • Provide general administrative support across departments.
  • Handle all communication including fielding phone calls from mobile devices answering calls and determining whether or not the call can be handled. Inquire with the manager about what to do and how to respond.
  • Arrange all fleet requirements including allocation delivery and collection.
  • Purchase orders and manage fleet and handle charging damage.
  • Perform data entry including correcting invoices and credits.
  • Convert quotes through NetSuite.
  • Research and create new presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Order supplies for the team as needed.
  • Manage folder filing and mailbox cleaning.
  • Provide support to Senior Administrative Assistants.
  • Perform other administrative functions as needed.
