Position Title: IT Recruiter
Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 45000.00 (with Commissions)
Join our client as an IT Recruiter! They are an IT services provider that was founded by partners who are passionate about improving the challenges they experienced whilst working in IT. Their team provides IT resources and capabilities within project delivery software development cyber security data and analytics and networks amongst many other varying technologies. They cater for their clients providing endtoend delivery from strategy design build and assurance support operating on both flexible time and materials and statement of work models. They have partnered with many organisations within engineering and construction telecommunications education retail health and government.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN IT RECRUITER
Responsibilities as an IT Recruiter:
Source candidate profiles for possible roles such as:
Basic roles (Testers/IT Support/Project Manager) in 24hours (34 strong Candidates)
Advanced Roles (Developers/Data Analyst/Business Analysts/Architects/Network Engineers) in 48 hours (34 strong Candidates)
High Demand Roles (Service Now/Dynamics/IT Security) in 72 Hours (34 strong Candidates)
Directly liaise with candidates by phone and cold calling.
Serve as the first point of contact by communicating via messages to the candidates.
Prepare CVs for submission to the Client.
Write up short profile descriptions that meet key requirements for clients to assess.
Help in interviewing candidates and assist throughout the onboarding process.
General recruiting process assistance as needed.
Qualifications as an IT Recruiter:
Ideally 35 plus years of IT Recruitment experience with a high track record sourcing successful candidate.
Ability to work at a fastpaced environment handling 23 requirements at a time.
Must have excellent Communications skills in English both verbal and written.
Excellent skills in interviewing candidates combining various methods structured interviews technical assessments and behavioral questions.
Must be able to write compelling job advertisements that gain high volume of applicants.
Ability to source candidate profiles for basic advanced and high demand roles.
Previous experience sourcing in western markets (US/Australia) and has worked directly for large recruiters or internal talent teams for within wellknown world class consulting firms is highly desirable.
Ability to source candidates through a variety of methods and tools.
Must have experience using LinkedIn for recruitment internal databases recruitment ATS and active job seekers on Job Board & recruitment ATS.
Ability to network with people for candidate referrals.
Must have strong understanding of foundational IT roles: IT Support Systems Engineering Data Analysts Developers Full Stack/Network Engineers Security/ Format.
Ability to write up short profile descriptions that meet key requirements for clients to assess.
Must have good coordination skills throughout helping the interviewing and onboarding process.
