Our client is the World s Best Digital Transformation Consulting and Services Partner driven by 1800 Specialized SAP Consultants and they have gained their Digital Expertise through 3000 projects implemented for 350 global customers across North America Europe the Middle East and APAC regions.
Role: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Middle East
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Handle Minimum 2 SAP implementation projects as a solution Lead for the respective practice.
Directly supervise 10 consultants/Associate consultants/trainees on a daily basis and track their respective project progress.
Reports to Practice lead on weekly basis for ongoing projects.
Following aspects of the project are to be governed.
o Effort utilization and loading
o Schedule
o Cost
o Quality of deliverables
o Daily scrum calls.
Conducting daily calls with the team and BPO to monitor the project activities and progress.
Conduct solution walk throughs FTS workshop and UAT sessions etc. with the client for the implementation projects.
Milestone governance and adherence
Collaborating and developing client relationships to develop new opportunities with clients and identify engagement followon.
Maintain cost schedule GM of the project for their respective practice as agreed in delivery mandate.
To work with Presales team for providing solutions to the bidding projects
Ability to travel onsite whenever required for the project.
Ability to manage expectations with the project team and client.
Ability to guide & mentor the respective module consultants on managing the solution and design.
Conduct appraisals for team members.
Manage attrition.
Identify training needs of the team and develop promotable resources from within the team.
Participate in organizational initiatives such as recruitment drives training programs etc.
Requirements:
Tier 1 Company only
SAP Certification
Multi modules experience and solution architecture knowledge are preferable.
7 years of SAP Functional Experience in respective functional module
At least 2 End to End implementation experience S4 Hana experience is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience and thought leadership.
