This is a remote position.
As the KOL Manager you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers thought leaders and industry experts in the blockchain and DeFi space. You will be responsible for driving the projects visibility credibility and adoption by collaborating with KOLs to create engaging content foster community growth and promote the companys unique value proposition.
Responsibilities:
KOL Relationship Management:
- Identify approach and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders influencers and thought leaders in the blockchain and DeFi space.
- Collaborate with KOLs to create compelling content such as articles videos and social media posts that highlights the companys features and benefits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with KOLs to ensure their understanding of the companys technology and updates.
Content Creation and Promotion:
- Work closely with KOLs to develop engaging content that showcases zkLinks unique features use cases and advantages in the DeFi landscape.
- Coordinate the production of educational materials webinars AMAs (Ask Me Anything) and other events to promote the company within the community.
- Amplify the reach of content through various channels including social media blogs forums and industry events.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant and active community around by collaborating with KOLs to organize communitydriven initiatives contests and educational programs.
- Monitor community feedback and sentiment addressing concerns and providing timely updates to the community through KOLs.
Brand Advocacy:
- Cultivate a network of passionate advocates for the company within the blockchain and DeFi communities.
- Encourage KOLs to act as brand ambassadors promoting the companys mission and values across different platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on the impact of KOLdriven initiatives including metrics such as reach engagement and sentiment.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on KOL activities community feedback and emerging trends in the blockchain and DeFi space.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in KOL management influencer marketing or community management within the blockchain or DeFi industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology DeFi concepts and zeroknowledge proofs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms forums and communitydriven initiatives.
