Location: Hollywood FL (Hybrid)
Terms: Full Time
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Interest in the Seminole history culture and organizational structure.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and customer support required.
- Advanced knowledge of IT concepts strategies and methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications products and their troubleshooting and
- configuration.
- Advanced knowledge of VoIP and video design and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN)/ Wide Area Networks (WAN) networks
- TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking and connectivity.
- Demonstrates outstanding diagnostic problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose unfamiliar issues.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide logical and effective solutions.
- Ability to read interpret and apply technical information from resource manuals and peer
- guidance.
- Demonstrate high level of motivation initiative and responsibility.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Ability to serve the Seminole Tribe of Florida community and fellow employees with honesty and
- integrity.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public coworkers and
- STOF elected officials.
