We are searching for a Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Location: Fort Lauderdale FL (Private Clinic)
Salary: Starting at $15 to $17p/h
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm rotarting
Tasks
- Greet patients and their families warmly during appointments
- Efficiently manage the checkin and checkout processes for patients.
- Handle phone calls and emails from patients
- Archive medical records and other relevant documents
- Maintain organization and smooth operation of the reception/office
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Utilize computer systems medical office software and other technology to keep information organized
- Process patient payments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as Receptionist
- Bilingual Spanish/English or Portugese/English
