Summary:
We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various IT positions including software developers engineers and system administrators. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates to match them with the needs of our clients. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions including software developers engineers and system administrators
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding employment practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 2 years of experience in IT recruiting preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting goals
