Job Description

**Job Description: Regional Sales Manager North India**

**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager North India
**Location:** Anywhere in North India (Base Location)
**Responsibilities:**

Lead sales efforts for hospital equipment for newborns in the North Indian region.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate both public and private markets effectively.
Manage bidding processes and tender submissions leveraging experience in the field.
Demonstrate proficiency in dealing with hospitals and healthcare facilities with a focus on NICU and healthcare/hospital equipment.
**Requirements:**

Minimum of 710 years of experience in sales preferably in the healthcare sector.
Experience in a Regional Sales Manager role in the southern region is advantageous.
Familiarity with handling subordinates and leading sales teams.
Strong knowledge of the North Indian market including Jammu & Kashmir Punjab Uttar Pradesh Himachal Pradesh and DelhiNCR.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally to Bangalore HQ.
Ability to achieve revenue targets with a current revenue expectation of 1820 crores in India.
Expansion plans in India and Nepal (dealerbased) with a projected revenue of 25 crores in the next 23 years.
**Additional Information:**
Reporting to the National Sales Manager based in Bangalore.
The role will eventually encompass managing a team of 3 direct reports.
Base location can be anywhere in North India preferably DelhiNCR.
Previous experience with competitors like Phoenics and GE Healthcare is advantageous.
